Giving and recieving are different manifestations of the same universal energy. No one can take away what we have given. 

True giving fills our hearts and the hearts of those we give to. What we give ultimatley get back .

What we give is what we value and strengthen. Learning to give unconditionally is the key to getting the true value of what you have given.

It's not necessarily about what we do but how we are,like being centered and grounded when other people are flappable,listening and accepting ,appreciating,valueing and enjoying people,being enthusiastic. 

Looking for the good in a situation,simply wishing people well and encouraging them. We all have it in us the power to give why not try and make it a daily ritual to give back
