I hope reading this page gives you the confidence that if a normal person like me can do this then there is no reason why you can’t achieve the same results with the right help.

My name is Deanna Hibbs and here is my story.

The love of my life’s name is Jeff and we have 3 children aged 18, 14, and 7 (yes I like to spread them out!!)

We live in Hawkes Bay, on the East Coast of New Zealand.

We live 30 minutes from the nearest town on a beautiful lifestyle block where we have 2 horses, some cows, a dog, cat and 2 guinea pigs. It is an awesome place to raise our children.

Most of my working life has been spent in the Hairdressing industry where I owned and operated a successful hair salon for over 14 years.

I had staff competing in National Competitions, as well as being an industry assessor and President of our regional association.

These  years of building a very successful business were spent while my two older children were young and as a result, I did not get to spend as much time with them as I would have liked.

Although successful, I spent most of my time exhausted from working huge hours in my business not only as a hairdresser but also training and resolving staff issues.

Each night I would drag myself home feeling too exhausted to spend any quality time with my first husband and children.

I was left disillusioned with the whole “take control and work for yourself dream”.

You always hear about how bad it is to work for a boss but you rarely hear the boss's side of the story.

Eventually, I sold the salon and did some teaching at a Hairdressing School

I began to do some soul searching and realised the reason why I was working so hard was to earn more money so I could afford to take time off to spend with my husband and children.

In reality all I had managed to create was a 60 hr a week job that I no longer particulary enjoyed.

Jeff and I met while I was doing part time work supporting my two eldest children as a single mum and we had Kate (my youngest child) together.

Jeff has a very lucrative job working as a manager on an oil rig overseas. However, the money comes at a very high price.

Jeff gets to work 17 hour days, 30 days at a time away from home, while coping with lack of sleep, change of diet and jet lag thrown in on top.

Worst of all, he  misses out on the children’s achievements.

I made a decision that I wanted to build a business that would enable him to stay at home with us, for 12 months of the year.

Over the last few years I have tried my hand at MLM businesses but if you've been in network marketing or MLM yourself, then you'll know it's a lot harder than they tell you.

I  was  about to become yet another statistic — one of the 97% of home business owners who spend more than they make.

In the time I was involved in one particuar business which I had joined because I liked the product and the approach to move into the home business side of it.

I only sponsored 1 person and then went in to work for her to help move the product she had bought!! I knew that my association with this company was going to be short that I wouldn't beable sponsor people into a business where they were simply not going to make any money. And having been in business I was reasonably confident that I was not lacking in skills, experience or work ethic.

But its funny how things turn out as my experience with that company was the best thing that could have happened. I knew there had to be a home based business that met my expectations.

It wasn't long after that I came across one that ticks all the boxes

In fact I probably came across it in the same way that you did.

I found a business model that offered  fantasic support, an automated marketing  sytem (I'm not very computer savy!) and I am now a part of a team of online entrepreneurs who are teaching me how to harness the power of the world wide web to build my business.And Ultimatley achieve my goals.
